This Stunning Beachfront 2 Story Duplex is located on the Pedestrian Beach which means there are no cars when you step off the stairs onto the beach. The Paradise Island Oasis offers 2 bedrooms with a queen sized bed in one, and a queen sized bed with bunk beds in the other, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, a desk in the living area, with beautiful a seaside decor and stunning ocean views. The expansive deck provides direct access to the beach from the boardwalk. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE BOTTOM UNIT.

Other things to note

There is Wifi and Antenna TV. I have not listed these as amenities because, although working almost all of the time, strong winds and nasty storms can knock these out from time to time. Please make sure you bring bottled water and ice because the city water tastes terrible. I recommend bringing sunscreen and mosquito repellent as well. If you need groceries, you can pick them up in Lake Jackson.

If you would like to drive on the beach or park near the beach, you will need a beach pass. If so, please stop by Valero gas station on the island to get your beach pass.
